Delta Mississauga is turning up the excitement with Thunder Thursdays – a bonus game where players have a chance to WIN BIG! Only at Delta Bingo & Gaming in Mississauga

Select Thursdays in February – February 5 and 26 –  during the 7:00 pm session, players will be invited to participate in an exclusive bonus game (played on a Bonanza card) for a chance to win $3,000! Complete the full card pattern, and you’ll feel the rumble as you yell ‘Bingo’ for the $3,000 jackpot. Minimum purchase of a 2-strip is required to participate.

13U MSBA Champs

MSBA victorious at home!

Tom Chater Park, Mississauga – 13U MSBA Twins won 5 games in a row, May 16-18 weekend, to capture the MSBA 13U Tournament beating Oshawa 5-2 in the final. Props to coach Jimmy Hardwick and his staff. Congratulations!

Grassroots Coach of the Year

CONGRATULATIONS to Rookie Ball Dodgers Coach, Jason Nixon

Jason was instrumental in the growth of every player on his team, regardless of level of experience. While the team had a lot of success on the field, Jason’s work ethic and approach with every child outside of the game ensured a memorable experience for everyone. Congratulations Jason!

MSBA Umpire of the Year

Congratulations to Kieron Mullowney

Kieron Mullowney is MSBA’s Junior Umpire of the Year for 2025. Kieron was nominated by a number of MSBA coaches, who remarked on his approachability, knowledge of the rules, professional manner/appearance and ability to be in the right position to make clear, accurate calls. Congratulations Kieron!

2025 Pan Jam Tournament Champs

Ajax, ON – Congratulations to MSW U17 II Hurricanes in winning their division during the 2025 Pan Jam Tournament! So proud of both the ladies and coaches on this win, securing their 3rd medal of the season…and more to come ?

House League Coaches of the Year

Congratulations to Tanner Ford (left) (tyke/peewee) and Frank Basile (right)(bantam/midget), winners of the MSBA house league Coach of the Year award.

MSBA Midget Yankees
House League Champs!

Congratulations to the Midget Yankees, back-to-back MBLL (teams from Erindale, The Majors, Mississauga North and the MSBA) champions again in 2025! The Yankees won an exciting final game 5-4 over Mississauga North.

The Yankees had advanced to the final by edging the MSBA Athletics 6-3 in the semis. It would have been an all-MSBA final had Mississauga North not squeaked by the Athletics 13-12 earlier in the tournament. Our MSBA streak of midget MBLL championships continues and is now at six straight years! Congratulations again Yankees! 

Blue Jays Peewee Champs

Congratulations to the Peewee Blue Jays, MSBA Champions for 2025.

The Blue Jays edged the Pirates 15-13 in an exciting final. The Pirates had the tying run on base when the Jays secured the final out. It was a great game between two strong, evenly matched teams (the Pirates had squeaked by the Jays 10-8 earlier in the tournament during the round robin games). Congratulations to the Jays and Pirates on their great seasons! See you in the spring!

Dodgers Tyke Champs

Congratulations to the Tyke Dodgers, 2025 MSBA house league champions!

The Dodgers won an exciting, well played final game 12-6 over the Cardinals. It was an exciting tournament with many close games. Ten of our 17 tyke/peewee games were decided by one run, or less – we even had a tie! The two teams were very evenly matched – the Cardinals had edged the Dodgers 6-4 earlier in the tournament. Thanks for a great season, everyone. See you in the spring!
